Manager - Finance - Looking for a chartered accountant (6 plus years' experience) in the field of accounting, statutory compliance, governance, and business who is ready for new challenges, is agile and a fast learner. - Should be aware of basic requirements of entity incorporation, secretarial compliances, and accounting standards. - Your job profile will cover implementing suitable accounting processes apart from supervising the accounting team. - You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly/yearly financial reports, checking general ledger entries, and providing professional accounting support. - You should be able to assess and rectify any financial discrepancies. Responsibilities (but not restricted to) : 1. Preparing and reviewing the financial statements of the clients 2. Support on preparation of MIS reports, annual budgets, and forecasts of the clients 3. Maintaining proper accounting records and overseeing the work of the accounting team 4. Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendor partners on accounting transactions and financials 5. Review and control of statutory compliances of clients 6. Control checklists for requirements of law and manage vendor partner to drive it 7. Manage pre incorporation and post incorporation requirements for the new organizations 8. Liaise with company secretary and manage the secretarial compliances of the client 9. Keep track of costs incurred for the project and monthly billing to the client 10. Support in preparation of leadership dashboards and metrics of the clients 11. Stakeholder management Skills Required : 1. Excellent knowledge of statutory requirements for companies, LLP, etc. 2. Excellent knowledge on requirements of incorporation of entities in India 3. Hands on experience on US GAAP and Indian GAAP 4. Good knowledge of accounting and financial statements 5. Good MS excel, word and power point capabilities 6. Good communication skills and time management skills
