Zinnov - Investment Banking/M&A Advisory/Private Equity Role - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Requirement-

Education- MBA from a Tier 1 Institute

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 4+ years in Investment Banking / M&A Advisory / Private Equity

Responsibilities

- Preferred experience of working with an Investment Bank in the last 3 years

- Strong execution and deal diligence experience

- Ability to handle clients with minimum supervision on M&A Advisory, Buy Side / Sell Side Research, Idea Generation, Pitch books, Due-diligence assignments, etc.

- Ability to interpret, analyze and summarize complex data and turn it into insightful presentations / charts

- Typical deliverables include (but not limited to): Detailed valuation reports, financial modeling, M&A marketing materials (teasers, CIMs, etc.). pitch books, operational & financial benchmarking, investment memos

- Ability to independently run due-diligence process and provide deal execution support to clients

- Ability to lead a team and groom junior team member

- Work professionally and coherently with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts

- Have excellent written and oral communication skills

- Efficient in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel and MS Power point

- Prior experience in using financial databases such as Factset, Capital-IQ and Bloomberg
