Required Education: Engineering and MBA from premier institutes.
Role & Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for leading the Customer Enablement Team (Insights) team within the G.A.P. practice area (3 people team).
The role: It multiple focus areas as it is critical for the value articulation of the practice
- Define processes for query resolution
- Ensure high quality output on all queries as per the timelines defined as per the process SLA's
- Conduct new research to address complex requests from CXO and high value stakeholders
a) Conduct global research to gather data through primary and secondary sources
- Capturing metrics and providing analysis on some of the key trends emerging and pattern in customer consumption of data
a) Collate, analyse and synthesize data on markets, macro-economic variables, business opportunities, global trends and market size/share
- Driving Customer Engagement through consulting
a) Creation and review of presentation/ reports written across industries that are relevant for our customers
b) Ability to handle research projects with internal and external team (third party vendors)
c) Analysing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for marketing strategies.
d) Preparing research / industry reports comprising of industrial trends, industry information and interpreting result of research studies .
e) Mapping client's requirements, attending / conducting business user meeting, project planning & providing customized business solutions
- On-boarding of new customers to G.A.P
- CXO Level Engagement
