Job Responsibility:
- Own Revenue Targets to be achieved from Advisory Services (non-Linear) Customers of Zinnov Management Consulting.
- Responsible for Building, Maintaining and Tracking relationships with Advisory Services (non-Linear) customers
Job Role:
- Act as level one/ level two contact point for all customer relationships for Zinnov Management Consulting.
- Role involves setting up meeting with existing and prospective customer contacts for leadership & consulting team.
- Role includes coordinating with diverse set of stakeholders to help prepare for meetings/ statement of work/ response to RFI's etc and tailoring communication to address potential business needs of clients.
- Role involves direct sales of productized services such as event sponsorship, reports, and other collateral.
- Role involves keeping abreast customer's business activities, any changes in roles and responsibilities of internal champions, updating status of relationships with customers.
