ZingHR - Product Manager/Business Analyst/Project Manager

Location: Mumbai

PRODUCT/ PROJECT MANAGER / BUSINESS ANALYST - TECHNO FUNCTIONAL

1. Have 5 to 7 years- experience as Product Manager/ Project Manager/ Business Analyst in HR domain.

2. Experience and ability to perform Requirement analysis, Requirement elicitation, Requirement gathering from customer business users In-depth knowledge and experience of business processes

3. Experience in identifying and performing module specific configurations as per the business requirement

4. Experience on detailing out requirements to granular level and creating BRDs

5. Knowledge and experience in Requirements management - traceability, change management

6. Expertise on HRMS Functionally and Technically.

7. Ability to support and lead the project
