Role Summary:
We are on a mission to redefine the FMCD space with innovation, and we're looking for a visionary Growth Head to drive our marketing strategy and fuel the next phase of our expansion.
As the Growth Head, you will own the AOP: Acquisition, Conversion, Retention and Average order value (AOV) along with end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to achieve aggressive growth targets. This leadership role is pivotal in scaling customer acquisition, optimizing brand visibility, and driving engagement through data-driven strategies. You will work closely with the leadership team, including the co-founders, to shape the company's growth roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer insights.
Customer Acquisition, Conversion and Retention:
- Build and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.) to drive cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Lead data-driven initiatives to streamline the customer journey, enhance user experience, and increase sales conversions.
- Design retention strategies such as loyalty programs, email marketing, and personalization to improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Scale and optimize the D2C sales funnel for better conversion rates and customer engagement.
Data-Driven Growth Optimization:
- Optimize Revenue Growth by developing and executing strategies to improve AOV through cross-selling, upselling, and pricing innovation.
- Use analytics to monitor, evaluate, and optimize marketing performance.
- Own key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and churn rate, while identifying actionable insights.
- Establish a robust experimentation framework to test and iterate on new growth strategies.
Brand Building and Storytelling:
- Craft compelling narratives to position Rotimatic as a leader in the AI-based FMCD space.
- Oversee content strategy, PR, and influencer marketing initiatives to build brand trust and awareness.
- Drive global market expansion through localized branding and culturally relevant campaigns.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer experience, to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
Global Market Expansion:
- Spearhead strategies to penetrate new international markets, tailoring campaigns to meet the needs of diverse customer segments.
- Partner with regional teams to localize marketing efforts and adapt to cultural nuances.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience and Background:
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related leadership role, preferably in D2C, FMCD, or tech industries.
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and retention in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with global marketing campaigns and market expansion is a strong plus.
Technical and Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools, analytics platforms (Facebook, Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in A/B testing, attribution modelling, and marketing automation.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to align cross-functional teams with business goals.
Creative and Strategic Thinking:
- Innovative approach to problem-solving with a strong ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of brand building, customer psychology, and digital storytelling.
