Skills Required:

Exprience in managing outside sales team of minimum 8-10 people for two years in same company (preferably from healthcare sales)

Tech Savy with good knowledge in MS Office

Excellent Verbal and communication skills

Love to travel and meet people

Decision maker, problem solver and creative thinking skills

Pre-Requisites:

Developing sales strategies and setting targets

Maximising sales and profitability

Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

Maintaining and increasing the sales of your company services and products and standards of customer service

Driving and responsible for team performance

Controlling the training and development of your staff

Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

Compiling and analysing sales figures and Reporting to senior managers

Keeping up to date with products and competitors
