Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - ZEVO App.

Location: Indore.

As CMO, you will lead ZEVO's marketing and growth strategy, build a high-impact team, and create a data-driven acquisition funnel to drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Growth Execution.

- Develop and execute ZEVO's full-funnel marketing strategy across organic, paid, and partnership channels.

- Own user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics, optimizing for high LTV (Lifetime Value) users.

- Create multi-channel campaigns that align with ZEVO's growth roadmap, leading to 50,000+ paid users.

- Define target audience personas and position ZEVO as an essential parenting solution.

Brand & Positioning Leadership:

- Drive the evolution of ZEVO's brand narrative-parenting with a plan, not chance.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across social media, content, PR, influencer marketing, and paid ads.

- Establish ZEVO as a thought leader in parenting tech through content, PR, and community engagement.

- Oversee video, performance ads, and social storytelling that make ZEVO aspirational yet accessible.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

- Optimize Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT, and influencer campaigns for app downloads and paid conversions.

- Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) & SEO to maximize organic discoverability.

- Execute high-converting paid ads across multiple platforms, optimizing ROAS & CAC.

- Utilize CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and retargeting strategies for conversion growth.

Community & Influencer Marketing:

- Build an active parenting community through engagement-driven content & forums.

- Partner with top influencers, mommy bloggers, and family-focused creators to drive credibility.

- Lead ambassador programs for user-driven referrals and advocacy.

- Establish strategic partnerships with schools, parenting experts, and educators.

Marketing Operations & Team Leadership:

- Hire, develop, and manage a high-performance marketing team (content, performance, social, CRM, PR).

- Set up a data-driven marketing stack, leveraging analytics to track performance & optimize funnels.

- Build marketing automation processes for scaling customer acquisition & engagement.

Who You Are:

- Growth-Driven: You have a proven track record in growth marketing, ideally in D2C apps, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.

- Data-Centric: You analyze every move, optimize for ROI, retention, and LTV, and love A/B testing.

- Brand Builder: You can take ZEVO from a startup to a household name with powerful positioning & messaging.

- Team Leader: You know how to scale marketing teams, hire top talent, and build structured execution plans.

- Customer-First: You understand parents' pain points and decision-making triggers-and can craft compelling narratives.

What You Bring:

- 7-12 years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer tech, subscription-based businesses, or edtech/parent-tech.

- Expertise in growth marketing, digital advertising, influencer marketing, PR, and community building.

- Proven success in leading app-based acquisition & conversion strategies.

- Deep knowledge of SEO, ASO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.

- Experience in scaling marketing teams, hiring, and managing budgets effectively.
