Position Overview:

Ensuring the conversion of the apparel design to the garment which is the final product.

Essential Job Function - 

- Source factories & fabric vendors as per requirement.

- Lead the conversion of sketch to garment at all stages from prototype till production delivery.

- Coordinate with design team for sketch to garment conversion approvals.

- Negotiate and Close the costings with the factory.

- Prepare all required documents for production & payment and ensure that all SOP's are followed.

Desired Skills and Experience - 

- Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation in the textile technology.

- Experience in sourcing and merchandising - Min 10+ years.
