Regional Sales Manager - Raw Material Responsibilities : - Driving establishment of Sales in new region End-to-end customer management - Opening credit lines for Purchase Financing (Secured/Unsecured) for raw material ensuring fulfillment for Infrastructure & Manufacturing clients - Development of new channel for lead generation & managing entire team &amp; resources - Management of P&amp;L of Karnataka region - Team Building and cost management - Bringing in new suppliers for raw material strategic alliance and enhancing business through it. - Adhering to financial planning and budgeting of the region and bringing in profitability of the business. - Selling secured &amp; unsecured credit lines to SME clusters by managing the end to end sales cycle - Increasing share of the SME wallet - onboarding the customer across multiple products &amp; services - Building the necessary supplier base and maintaining a strong supplier network for raw material fulfilment - Managing and monitoring the fulfilment process by coordinating with the Central Fulfilment Team
