Job Role: Collections Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Good in communication, MS excel & People Managerial Skills.

- Ensure stick adherence of collection's SLA for assigned portfolio / BU.

- Building Weekly & Monthly visibility and sharing it with all stakeholders.

- Reduction of 30+ Overdue DPD and keeping it with permissible limits as per business requirements.

- Pushing business for timely collection & thus helping them to maintained proposed business margins especially at CM2 level.

- Help in maintaining clear books - i.e. timely Cash app and qtly balance confirmation from OD customers.

- Work closing with other Verticals like Finance/ Banking/ LC / Supply / Credit to meet overall Targets.

- Managing Unadjusted Advances at Supplier level.

- Experience in handing International market
