The Process Excellence Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving change.
Key Responsibilities:

- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor employees on process improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
