Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement HR (Human Resources) plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Business partnering with focus on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- To identify review and analyze trends, recommend best practices to achieve improve d performance, better retention, employee experience , and drive cultural management .
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues
- Assess training and learning requirements, adaptable to changing technology environment by -Implement/administer/interpret corporate training policies/programs/procedures
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein .
- Focusing on performance management and talent development.
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Assess, design, and implement employee engagement initiatives within the technology vertical to improve overall retention
- Work with them to align, enable, and equip them and their teams to deliver to business units OKRs
- Administer BU-wise programs like performance reviews, rewards and recognition etc.
- Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's vision, goals, GTM strategy, business plans and its competition
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to motivate managers and supervisors to use company practices for optimum productivity
- Strong business and Human resource acumen, along with strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with various levels within the organization to deliver goals
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills; additionally, presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws
- Ability to work well as part of a team and to create and maintain a good work environment across the network.
- Working in an entrepreneurial setting that necessitates excellent multi-tasking ability is a plus.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 2 -7 years in an HRBP role for Product and Engineering Teams with a good understanding of the Functioning of these teams and all the critical roles.
- Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle management.
