Overview:

The role will be a part of the brand marketing team and involve multi-tasking across several domains. The candidate must be excited by the challenge of crafting path-breaking content for our various Business Units. You will be developing compelling marketing and communication solutions for Zetwerk.

Job Description:

The role will include contributing towards drafting high-quality content for all our internal and external touch-points including sales collaterals like brochures, posters, flyers, stall design, and microsites. Candidates applying for the role are expected to innovate and come up with new ideas and storytelling.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

1. End-to-end Social Media Management:

- Responsible for developing all the short-form content as required for an engaging social media editorial calendar Collaborate with the internal design team to create visually appealing content for various social media channels. Oversee social media posting schedules and community management efforts. Conduct data analytics on social media channels to assess performance and recommend improvements.

2. Sales Asset Development for Expos, Exhibitions, and Events:

- Coordinate with Business Unit (BU) teams to understand sales asset requirements for expos, exhibitions, and events .Supervise the creation of compelling content that effectively communicates Zetwerk's offerings and value proposition.

- Ensure implementation of all sales assets as per the design guidelines (working closely with the internal design team)

3. Corporate + Subsidiary Content Support:

- Contribute to all content needs for the Zetwerk Corporate team, including website copy, monthly internal & external newsletter, video scripting, podcast and interview scripts, SEO blogs, content for video case studies, copy for magazine print ads, etc.

- Drive internal branding efforts, focusing on both employee and employer branding initiatives.

- Content support as and when required for all Zetwerk subsidiaries across touch-points: Sharp Tanks, Pinaka, ZetTown, and ZPIXEL

- Copy for BU microsites (Hubspot): Single page sites for various Zetwerk businesses, categories & subsidiaries

4. Insights.zetwerk.com + IDEAZ Museum Content Strategy:

- Content development for microsite, ensuring a strong thought leadership presence.

- Collaborate closely with BU project teams to extract technical information and translate it into knowledge insights.

- Develop content modules including project case studies, impact stories, blogs, and infographics, and repurpose the same as per the Customer's stage/maturity for the respective industry/BU.

Lead the Content Engine for Zetwerk's Thought leadership platform:

A. Project Initiation: Identify key BU stakeholders & Content Champions involved in the project who can drive content sourcing

B. Requirements Gathering:

B.1 Extract raw project details: Engage with each BU's project teams to understand all the technical and client satisfaction aspects of a project as part of sourcing phase

B.2 Document content needs: Compile and document the requirements for designing a specific content capsule (Case Study, Whitepaper, Impact Story, Capability showcase) and socialize with BUs with minimum strain on their bandwidth & cognitive load

C. Content Creation and Management

C.1 Create content guidelines: Develop guidelines for creating, managing & updating content.

C.2 Produce and curate content: Create and curate/repurpose relevant content for the engine.

C.3 Implement content review process: Establish a process for reviewing and approving content.

5. Support for Strategic Projects:

- Provide content support for strategic projects such as aerospace and defense initiatives (assets + events), subsidiary integrations, impact reports (Smart Manufacturing Summit 2024), and visioneering projects.

- Provide content for landing pages and account-based marketing experiments (video scripts)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Content Calendar + Social Media Management: Manage and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for Zetwerk's social media platforms + Daily posting schedule.

- Collaboration with Business Teams: Collaborate closely with various business teams to align content strategies with overarching business goals.

- Content Creation: Create impactful and engaging content across various formats including blogs, articles, posts, talk tracks, podcast scripts, and video scripts.

- Content Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content is of top-notch quality, consistent, and aligned with Zetwerk's purpose and editorial strategy.

- Content Repurposing: Repurpose content to meet the needs of diverse audiences and platforms.

- Copywriting Support: Provide copywriting support for high-visibility Zetwerk platforms, including insights.zetwerk.com, landing pages, subsidiary websites, and ad campaigns.

- Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with design teams to ensure content and design complement each other effectively.

- Content Transformation: Ensure that content is transformed into the right visual medium, maintaining consistency with Zetwerk's visual identity.

- Tone and Structure Improvement: Suggest improvements to the tone and structure of content to enhance engagement and alignment with the brand voice.
