Job Brief & Responsibilities:

- Deliver sophisticated MDM strategy assessments & implementation roadmap.

- Craft an operating model for Master Data Management - Update, troubleshoot, hygienise & ownnSCM & Finance master data.

- Roll out data governance and data quality as per standard methodologies.

- Link master data issues/challenges to business processes, problems, and analytics.

- Collaborate, conduct, and lead sessions with Business and IT resources.

- Reporting and Analytics in a data lake environment. Conduct sophisticated and systematic analyses of data to produce insights.

- Bring in a clear understanding of how Finish Product /Material Master Data can impact various processes of the company i.e. Linkage of Finish Product Master Data to various Business Processes.

- Applying process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific norms etc.

- Establish and facilitate cross-functional Vendor/Customer/Material /Finance and Data Governance client vision & expectations.

- Perform quality audits on a timely basis to validate and ensure the process is executed with error free and high-quality data standards.

- Enter mid-stream of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to GoLive and Post GoLive hypercare for new users.

- Ability to work in PST time zone wtih a smile.

Minimum qualifications:

- Engineering graduate (Mechanical or Electrical) with relevant experience in Master Data Management.

- Primary Industry knowledge in material management for Consumer, Industrial sectors.

- Hands on experience with ERP systems like MSD365, Oracle, SAP, etc with basic knowledge of O2C & P2P modules.

Preferred skills / qualities :

- Highly motivated and bring both the practical experience of implementing solutions in Master Data Management & Data Governance and the flair for developing transformations and new insights.

- Meaningful experience in MDM consulting, Data Governance with knowledge across multiple data domains.

- Past experience of having independently led and executed the large scale, high-impacts MDM consulting projects or solutions and having delivered sophisticated MDM strategy assessments, implementation roadmaps.

- Work experience in Manufacturing/ Industrial sectors is a plus.

- Good understanding of transition methodology.

- Ability to identify process improvement areas.

- Influencing skills, Creative thinking/innovative mind-set.

- Good eye for business and understanding of business issues across multiple sectors.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the confirmed ability to connect with all levels including management and internal customers .

- Understanding of standards and processes in ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics added advantage.

- Experience with / understanding of Basic Finance functions is a plus.

- Enjoy working in a fluid virtual workspace assessing and prioritizing many tasks.
