Zetwerk - Assistant Manager - Costing

Role Description:

- Estimation for RFQs for commodities such as Die Castings (HPDC, LPDC, GDC), Investment Castings, Extrusions etc

- Interaction with suppliers to negotiate on the quotations

- Working closely with the suppliers to establish a standard costing structure for Zetwerk.

- Estimation of logistics and freight charges considering ideal packaging method and nesting.

- Working out on the profit margins for Zetwerk and ensuring them upon order confirmations.

External Skills And Expertise:

- Experience as a should costing engineer for commodities such as Die Castings (HPDC, LPDC, GDC), Investment Castings, Extrusion, Forgings, Stampings, CNC machined parts.

- Experience in accurately estimating cycle times for both low and high volume parts.

- Experience in working with suppliers in negotiating the prices and coordinating closely for a standardized costing structure

- Able to identify process CTQs and consider them in cost workouts.

- Minimum 7 Years of experience in costing and estimation of various precision manufacturing commodities.
