About the Role
In this role you will own the CRM & Marketing Operations across all product suites and products at Zeta. Our target customer segments consist of highly specialized and customized B2B audiences. As such, our marketing strategies are critically tied to generating, maintaining, updating, and operating a high quality database that allows our sales and product marketing efforts to be effective in their outreach. We are looking for a highly organized and operationally savvy individual who will deliver on this mandate.
Our Product Suites
- Tachyon Suite - Our modern Unified Banking Stack comprising core banking, credit and debit processing, prepaid hosting and loans, all integrated with a mobile app that enable banks to provide a neobank experience, sell more loans and reduce fraud
- Fusion - Our Embeddable Banking platform that enables banks to provide APIs and SDKs to fintechs, neobanks, distributors and enable them to embed prepaid, credit, debit and loan products within their apps and experiences
Responsibilities :
- Ownership of our Customer & Data Management Platform (CMP / DMP)
- Design, build, and manage our highly targeted CMP and DMP through a combination of first and third party research, continuous updates, and data mining tools.
- As such, you and a team of operations specialists will be responsible for constantly monitoring and updating this DMP on a real-time basis.
- Build and implement persona-based lists (segments) for use in Email marketing, ABM, and SEM audience building
- Ownership of Tools & Systems & Campaigns
- Maintain and manage our CRM and email marketing databases and related toolchains.
- Execute on email marketing campaigns by designing innovative sequences and workflows with a strong focus on outcomes and metrics
Education
Graduate/PostGraduate Engineering degree is a plus
Skills
- Proven experience in a cross-functional digital and CRM role at a B2B SaaS firm
- Strong understanding of database schemas, CRM, and email marketing tools
- Strong numeracy, metrics orientation, and technical skills are a must
- Ability to build deep understanding of our target audience
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business, operations and technology teams internally and externally
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable, approachable, open-minded
- High degree of integrity and ethical standards
Experience
- More than 5 years experience running CRM and Marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, or related stacks is required
- Experience with ABM systems in a plus
