Responsibilities:
- Define and execute strategies driven by user research and market intelligence for optimising the user funnel growth, considering both funnel demand and conversion.
- Strategize and drive acquisition, conversion and expansion by investing in the product life cycle.
- Analyse and lead incremental improvements to our product journey.
- Setup and measure success metrics through effective analysing of both product and user behaviour data.
- Closely work with the product management and marketing team to align, develop product strategy and execution plans.
- Discover opportunities to optimise user journeys and value propositions.
- Make sure the product can capture value by improving distribution and enablement.
- Always analyse funnel performance, monitor test and campaign success metrics.
- Comprehend various forms of attribution, audience profiling and online analytics platforms
- Collaborate across functions by providing insights into product data, funnel,engagement and growth metrics to manage product growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product led growth marketing.
- MBA in Business, Marketing, or other related disciplines will be preferred.
- Ability to drive priorities in a fast paced environment by collaborating and onboarding all stakeholders with a data driven approach.
- Strongly driven by metrics, process and macro trends.
- Strong multi tasking skills for managing multiple products aligning to business priorities.
- Strong data driven decision making skills.
- Experience in basic app re-engagements platforms like Moengage, CleverTap, Web Engage, etc.
- Excellent analytical and structured thinking along with interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
