Roles and Responsibilities : As an affiliate marketing manager, your objective will be to grow the scale and profitability of the affiliate marketing channel of ZestMoney. You will be the end-to-end owner of affiliate marketing channel and would be expected to develop strategies to improve affiliate program Your main tasks will include : - Regularly onboarding new affiliate partners to increase the scale of the channel - Handling business relationship with 20-30 affiliates on a regular basis - Closely working with creative and content teams to ensure the success of affiliate marketing program - Managing invoicing, payments and dispute resolution for affiliate partners - Monitoring, reporting, analysing and presenting the affiliate performance to broader team - Working with affiliates closely to identify opportunities for improvement - Regularly communicating with affiliates to launch new campaigns etc - Staying up to date with affiliate marketing domain, major players, and competitor activity - Detecting fraudulent activities and taking immediate action Required Skills & Experience : - Should have 2-4 years of experience working in affiliate marketing - Hands-on experience on Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, MixPanel, Appsflyer, Affise, hasoffer, etc. - Ability to identify and negotiate new deal opportunities - Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, data reporting and analysis - Knowledge of conversion rate optimization - Project management and presentation skills - Basic working knowledge of SQL is preferred
