Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager in the Founder Office at ZestIoT located in Hyderabad.

- The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management within the company.

- This can be a career path to Chief of Staff.

Qualifications:

- Business Management, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Management skills

- Experience in operational management and team leadership

- Experience in senior stake holders/leadership engagement

- Experience in driving strategic initiatives for founder office

- Experience in managing vendors for services delivery, reviews & performance based payouts

- Experience in building & fostering a culture for learning, growth & high performance

- Experience in delivering continuous improvements & contribute to growth

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Project management, driving meetings reviews & actions to closure, helping team resolve blockers with problem-solving skills, working as enabler for junior members

- Proven track record in driving strategic objectives and profitability

- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
