Details Designation: Talent Analytics Manager
About the role:
The Talent Analytics Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment data systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data, and managing the partner ecosystem with external recruitment vendors. This role combines technical expertise in managing recruitment overall databases with strategic skills in vendor management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment MIS Management:
- Maintain and update the recruitment MIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire).
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding candidate information.
- Create, maintain, and audit the recruitment dashboards to present the single view on entire recruitment metrics and progres
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, including job boards, recruitment agencies, and background check providers etc
- Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) with recruitment vendors
- Evaluate vendor performance through regular reviews and feedback sessions
- Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors promptly and effectively
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities to senior management.
- Maintain documentation and records related to recruitment MIS and vendor management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, MIS management, or vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations related to recruitment
