Your Role:

- Candidate should have basic understanding of leave & License and Lease agreement for commercial Property

- Should have a Good Network of commercial property consultants in respective City.

- Scouting the property as per the desired location in particular city

- Commercial Negotiation with LL/Builders/developers leasing purpose

- Continuous followup with Landlord for completion of LL scope of work for timely delivery to project.

- Maintaining the relationship with Landlord at city level for smooth running of operation

- Coordination with the landlord for legal clauses negotiation of rent agreement.

- Should be good in MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentation.
