Should have worked with Large MNCs (preferably FMCGs) and Startup(s) as well Role : - Person will be responsible for financial evaluation, insights and recommendations for decision processes, savings initiatives and new pilots. This is a high-visibility position with big scope of creativity and self-development. - Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments - Maximize Zepto's business profitability and selection expansion opportunities - You will work closely with finance & business leaders across the supply chain / revenue and category org to influence decision-making on new and existing initiatives. This role also designs, develops, and maintains performance measurements, models and reports on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business. - Manage vendor relationships - manage supplier/partner contracts, manage day-to- day relationships, and negotiate and secure marketing funds - Use data and make recommendations to influence strategic decision-making and planning. Independently align financial and operational analyses with your business partners, challenging assumptions when necessary. - Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses with little guidance and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and may have impact. - Manage monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for the entire business. - Perform ad-hoc business analysis, and financial modeling. Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives. - You identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations.
