Position Overview:

- The Associate Director of Process Excellence will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and governance across various systems including SAP, WMS, and THOR, while overseeing MRP, company margins, TOT adherence, liquidation processes, and daily operations.

- You will lead a team to ensure all processes are synchronized across the warehouse, darkstore, and financial systems, driving operational excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- MRP and Margin Management: Oversee and optimize the company's MRP and margin governance over SAP, ensuring all financial data is accurate and aligned with company targets.

- Systems Integration & Sync: Ensure that all systems (SAP, WMS, THOR) are consistently in sync, maintaining seamless operations across warehouses, dark stores, and financial systems.

- TOT Adherence and Governance: Manage all Terms of Trade (TOT) adherence, ensuring compliance and governance for contracts and vendor agreements across the board.

- Liquidation & RTV Governance: Oversee liquidation processes and Return-to-Vendor (RTV) governance, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all relevant systems.

- Team Leadership: Lead a team responsible for daily operations and system governance, fostering collaboration, growth, and operational efficiency.

- Daily Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting system-related issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all interconnected processes.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and tech teams to ensure process improvements and alignment on key metrics.

What We're Looking For?

- Proven experience in process improvement, systems integration, or related fields, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong expertise in SAP, WMS, and other enterprise systems, with experience in managing MRP, margin, and TOT adherence.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex processes.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee multiple systems and ensure seamless synchronization.

- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute, MBA preferred.
