Your Role:

Performance management:

- Design and implement robust performance management systems, encompassing goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance management best practices.

- Develop and maintain a continuous feedback system across the organization to facilitate ongoing performance improvement

Employee Experience & Engagement:

- Formulate and execute an employee experience strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Act as the advocate for employees, ensuring their needs are addressed across various processes, technologies, and touchpoints.

- Collaborate with leaders and managers to implement best practices in employee experience.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and retention strategies.

- Lead employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engagement initiatives align with organizational goals.

- Design and implement R&R programs to enhance field engagement and productivity

Analytics & Automation:

- Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics to support HR & business objectives

- Undertake special projects requiring data collection, analysis & presentation

- Design and develop an AI-powered bot capable of handling a wide range of queries from employees across various departments

- Develop strategies to automate and expedite query resolution processes using the AI bot, reducing manual intervention and response time

- Build solutions to gather, process, and present real-time data streams within the intranet portal, empowering users with up-to-the-minute information

What We're Looking For

- MBA in HR from a tier one college with 4-5 years of experience in HR COE or/& HRBP experience in Internet/E-commerce/Startup Organisations

- Good understanding of COE functions

- Prior experience in designing and scaling org-level interventions

- An appetite to deal with high ambiguity, experience working with senior stakeholders

- Self-starters, high ownership and end-to-end project management/execution experience
