Designation: Associate Director/Director- HRBP - Central Operations

Role: BUHR Head - Central Operations

Location: Mumbai HO (JVLR)

Reporting to: Senior Director - Head of Ops HR

Core Areas: As an Associate Director of HR, core responsibilities include strategic HR planning aligned with business objectives, talent management, and fostering employee engagement. This role also entails ensuring HR operations compliance, leading change management initiatives, and driving data-informed decision-making to support organizational growth and success. Additionally, providing leadership, coaching, and team development are essential for maintaining a high-performing HR department.

Qualification: MBA-HR from reputed institute.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources preferably from Supply chain, FMCG or Retail Industry.

Zepto is a fast-growing start-up that delivers groceries in 10 minutes flat through an optimized network of dark stores that we're building across the country! We're scaling up throughout Mumbai quickly and, in the next 6 months, we'll be launching in Bangalore, Delhi, Pune and Hyderabad. Key responsibilities:

- Act as the key liaison for business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and priorities effectively.

- Utilize advanced analytics to interpret HR metrics, offering actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

- Proactively assess HR operations to identify and mitigate potential risks, fostering organizational agility and resilience in a dynamic environment.

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for staffing, retention, talent development, performance management, and cost optimization.

- Delegate tasks and prioritize responsibilities to enhance efficiency, while providing guidance and support to HR team members.

- Ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal policies, establishing and implementing company-wide policies and procedures to nurture a culture of integrity and accountability.

- Collaborate with regional HR teams to align workforce planning with operational demands, facilitating smooth execution of initiatives like store openings and talent acquisition.

- Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, compensation, and benefits management, promoting inclusivity and employee well-being.

- Conduct regular attrition analysis and partner closely with regional HR and business leaders to devise attrition control and talent retention strategies.

- Develop and implement plans to minimize employee turnover, employing problem-solving skills and data analysis to address underlying issues.

- Maintain vigilant oversight of workforce requirements in across function, ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic objectives.

- Through strategic foresight, data-driven decision-making, and proactive leadership, drive HR excellence to contribute to the organization's sustained growth and success.

- Serve as the central point of contact (POC) for driving organization-wide HR projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution, and effective communication across all stakeholders.
