Associate Director/Director - HRBP - Caf Operations

Details:

Role: Head of Human Resources for Zepto Caf vertical

Core Areas: Caf specific HR Strategic Programs/HR Operations. Provide direct HR support to the Compliance entities leading an overall employee base of appx. 500 and to the further expansions as well.

Qualification: MBA-HR or any HR-related specialization.

Experience: 12-15 years of experience in Human Resources preferably from QSR,

Hospitality or Retail Industry. Experience in blue collar bulk hiring, diversity hiring is preferred.

Key responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives and priorities.

- Utilize advanced analytics to analyse HR metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

- Proactively review HR activities to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the organization remains agile and resilient in a dynamic environment.

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for staffing, retention, talent development, attrition control, performance management, and cost optimization.

- Delegate responsibilities and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, while providing guidance and support to HR personnel.

- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal policies, designing and implementing company-wide policies and procedures to promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

- Collaborate with regional HR teams to align manpower planning with operational needs, facilitating seamless execution of initiatives such as store openings and workforce sourcing.

- Spearhead initiatives related to employee engagement, compensation, and benefits program management, fostering a culture of inclusivity and employee well-being.

- Conduct regular attrition analysis and work closely with regional HR and business heads to implement strategies for attrition control and talent retention.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover, leveraging problem-solving and analytical skills to address root causes.

- Maintain vigilant oversight of manpower requirements in cafes, ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic objectives.
