The projects span across the transaction spectrum from initial investment screening, business and financial due diligence, and market entry/market sizing to post-closing portfolio company/market update maintenance work. Headquartered in New Delhi, India.

Position: Analyst/Senior Analyst - Investment Research Analyst - US Real Estate

Role and Responsibilities:

- Build complex Real Estate financial models for acquisition analysis and valuations

- Analyze property financials, rent rolls, and operating metrics

- Create detailed investment memorandums with market research

- Conduct market analysis covering demographics, employment trends, and competition

- Track property performance metrics and prepare regular portfolio updates

- Research US multifamily market trends and maintain comp databases

- Support due diligence for acquisitions and asset management

- Develop professional presentations for investment committees

- Collaborate with global teams on time-sensitive deliverables

Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CFA/PG Finance preferred)

- 4-8 years of experience in US real estate research/KPO roles

- Understanding of US real estate investment fundamentals, including NOI, cap rates, IRR, and equity multiple

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including advanced excel modelling functions) and PowerPoint.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Should be detail oriented and a team player
