- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for Zenwork's B2B SaaS products.

- Own the entire marketing funnel, from top-of-funnel lead generation to bottom-of-funnel conversion optimization.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, content syndication, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).

- Lead performance marketing initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.

- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

- Utilize marketing automation tools to design and execute lead nurturing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion.

- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective marketing tactics and strategies.

- Analyze and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize growth.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, continually seeking new ways to drive results.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, content syndication, and email marketing.
