You will report to: Head of Marketing & Communications
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising, to drive business initiatives and generate qualified leads.
- Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation: Implement strategies and tactics focused on generating leads and creating tangible business opportunities for the sales teams across different verticals and service lines.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support: Support the development and execution of targeted ABM strategies, working closely with sales teams to engage key accounts and drive business growth within those accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with marketing colleagues, vertical heads, service line leaders, sales teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
- Impactful Campaign Delivery: Contribute to the development of compelling campaign messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive desired outcomes.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop, manage, and maintain content calendars across various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content that supports thought leadership and awareness programs.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute both online and offline marketing events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and seminars, to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer engagement.
- Thought Leadership & Awareness Strategy: Contribute to defining and implementing the strategy for how Zensar reaches its customers through impactful thought leadership initiatives and brand awareness programs.
- Drive Awareness & Customer Engagement: Develop and execute marketing activities that effectively drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and build strong relationships with our target audience.
- Vertical & Service Line Focus: Work closely with specific verticals and service lines to understand their unique marketing needs and develop tailored campaigns and initiatives to support their growth objectives.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the Head of Marketing & Communications and relevant stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Assist in the management of marketing budgets for assigned campaigns and projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specific marketing activities and projects.
- Stay Updated: Continuously stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, content marketing, and event management.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to lead generation and opportunity creation through marketing initiatives.
- Experience in supporting and executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to contribute to the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Experience in creating and managing content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
- Hands-on experience in planning and organizing marketing events, both virtual and in-person.
- Understanding of how to develop and implement strategies for thought leadership and brand awareness programs.
- A strong focus on driving brand awareness and enhancing customer engagement through marketing activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in marketing for a technology or IT services company.
- Familiarity with specific marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Knowledge of content marketing best practices and experience in creating various content formats (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies).
- Experience with social media marketing and management tools.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
