We are seeking a Brand Manager & Strategist to lead and grow our brands presence across our key markets.

This individual will be responsible for shaping the brand's strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels, and managing the long-term growth of our brand.

You will play a key role in defining and executing the brand vision, maintaining the brands integrity, and maximizing its impact on consumer perception and market share.

Ownership of the Zensar website and product management of the same ensuring functional requirements of the business needs are met and brand guidelines are adhered to for both content and structure.

Ownership of the corporate brand and its extension into social media, employer branding, and corporate communications through programs and activations.

Extension of the Zensar brand in the internal Zensar ecosystem thorough a well-defined brand architecture.

This includes digital applications, internal initiatives, and programs across the organization.

Building the Zensar brand ambassadorship across the organization through adoption and promotion via internal stakeholders to amplify brand reach.

GTM creation and execution for the Zensar brand through verticalization of the brand proposition that boosts thought leadership and business focused campaigns with activations, online campaigns, and programs.

Building the brand through corporate partnerships and business propositions with the aim of brand awareness and reach.

Handling large scale events and activations with internal stakeholders, analyst communities and industry communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and market goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to craft strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Creative, etc.) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Brand Positioning & Messaging:

Lead the creation of compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

Define the brands value proposition, positioning, and key differentiators in the marketplace, including verticalization of our proposition and narrative.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a unified voice across all marketing materials.

Brand Campaigns & Initiatives:

Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, traditional media, and experiential marketing.

Oversee creative development, from concept to execution, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, on-budget, and on-time.

Measure and optimize the effectiveness of brand campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, sales, and brand sentiment.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct regular market research and consumer analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential threats to the brand.

Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and ensure the brands relevance and competitiveness in the market.

Monitor and analyze competitors branding strategies and tactics.

Brand Advocacy:

Act as the internal and external brand ambassador, ensuring all departments are aligned with brand objectives.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, media partners, and other strategic partners, to expand the brand's reach.

Champion brand initiatives internally and ensure the brands story is communicated clearly across all company touchpoints.

Brand Performance & Reporting:

Track and report on the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns, using analytics to refine strategies.

Deliver actionable insights to senior management based on performance metrics and market conditions.

Provide regular brand audits to assess the health of the brand and recommend improvements.

Budget & Resource Management:

Manage the brands marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient allocation of resources.

Work closely with the finance team to forecast and track brand spending.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related fields.

Experience in both B2C and B2B brand management is a plus.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.

Expertise in digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and market research.

Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and insights.

Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Creative mindset with a deep understanding of brand storytelling and visual identity.

Proficiency in brand tracking tools and analytics platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.

Leadership qualities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
