- Delivery Management of South Africa based Retail customer. Should be able to manage a team of 40~70 associates.
- Good experience of managing multiple projects at a time for development and support kind of engagements.
- Well-versed with Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
- Need to have end-to-end retail domain understanding with in-depth knowledge of Ecom business.
- Should have fair understanding of Oracle ATG Ecom ERP solution & its integration with backend systems. (knowledge of similar products will also help and preferably ATG)
- Well-versed with activities like presales, effort estimation, pricing, proposal, resource management, operational support, monthly accruals & financial management, coordination with support systems.
- Recently worked in a client-facing role and should be strong on client interactions, communication, presentation, documentation, strategic thinking, team management & interpersonal skills.
- Travel flexible for short trips to client location
