Top 3 Responsibilities

- Lead consumer-first product development: As an IC, design and ship high-impact consumer journeys that influence purchase of generic medicines, improve checkout rates, increase order margins, and make the Zeno app genuinely useful for chronic medicine users.

- Define the product strategy and roadmap: Shape a roadmap that balances topline goals (DAU conversion, cart conversion, generic conversion rates) with the long tail of product debt (e.g. flaky search, unintuitive bottom sheets). Work closely with the analytics, design, and engineering teams to sequence initiatives and unblock execution.

- Be the voice of the user: Help the org see beyond CTRs and DAU. Champion first-principle narratives around trust, reassurance, and savings. Tell quant + qual stories that make Zeno Health feel like a pharmacy, not a general store.

Top 3 Must Haves

- 47 years of PM experience shipping high-traffic consumer journeys, preferably in ecommerce or healthtech and preferably near the bottom of the funnel.

- Experience delivering winning products & features near the bottom of the digital conversion funnel, carts, checkouts, and payments.

- Sharp product thinkingability to identify inflection points in a user's journey, articulate a POV, and rally cross-functional teams around it.

Top 3 Good to Haves

- Experience working on user journeys involving checkout experience, payments, recommendations.

- A background in analytics or design (not mandatory, but helpful for collaboration).

- Familiarity with chronic health use caseseither via work, or curiosity.
