We prefer candidates from Retail primarily in Pharma/fashion/apparel retail/or departmental store format. Location : Mumbai & Pune (Base location will be Mumbai) Designation : Manager Years of experience : 6 to 8 years Responsibilities : - Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs. - Managing recruitment partners, designing employee referrals - Improving selection ratio & offer to join ratio, cost per joiner - Driving recruitment through different social media platforms, and job boards, leveraging them to attract talent, build organizational awareness - Managing a team of two to three people - Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning. - Chalk processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants. - Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field Desired Skills : - Ethical, Integrous, Hardworking - Good interpersonal skill - MS Office, Dashboards, Reports - Energetic & Agile - Graduate in any stream, MBA in HR will be preferred
