We are looking for a seasoned TA lead responsible for scaling our hiring as we grow exponentially. As Talent Acquisition leader Tech Hiring, you own end-to-end Talent Acquisition function, developing &. implementing talent Acquisition strategy linked to business outcomes. Additionally, you are also a partner for hiring managers and people operations team members. Core Responsibilities : - Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business: Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, developing & streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding, and employer branding - Working closely with founders and senior management for leadership hiring. - Identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies - Lead and own the Recruitment cycle - Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process - Acting as Zeno Health's brand ambassador across social platforms to attract talent from the industry. - Oversee and improve overall candidate experience - Manage manpower budgets and forecast manpower needs along with the senior management - Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters for driving outcomes in a high-performance environment. Skills Required : - 4-6+ years of tech & non tech recruiting experience - MBA in HR from reputed institute - Experience in building diverse teams - Demonstrated track record of working with executive teams on capacity planning, recruiting strategy, delivery and data driven decision making. - Ability to think strategically & proactively - Strong stakeholder management experience - Target driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands - Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. - A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. - Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
