IPO Readiness and Execution:
- Lead the company through the IPO process, ensuring all financial and regulatory requirements are met.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IPO strategy, including managing underwriting and investor relations activities.
- Coordinate with legal, audit, and investment banking teams to ensure a successful public offering.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skill sets:
- At least 10-15 years of experience in as a CFO level.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA): Professional accounting qualification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading a company through an IPO process, particularly in the retail sector.
- Expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets, valuation techniques, and investor relations
