We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) for the Traveling Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the MICE market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of MICE events.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's MICE client base.
- Identify new business opportunities, establish contacts, and build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Nurture existing client relationships, understand their requirements, and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Work closely with the operations team to plan and execute MICE events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Oversee the logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, accommodations, transportation, catering, and audio-visual setups.
