Zenify.in - Product Manager

At Zenify, we are hell bent on redefining the rental experience in India for both tenants and owners.

Rentals in India is a 20 billion dollar market. Yet, the market is fragmented and largely dominated by unorganized and untrained brokers. We believe the current market is ripe for disruption and we want to be at the forefront of that disruption.

Unlike other players in the rentals space who are primarily focused on discovery, Zenify's key value proposition is that we go several steps further to deliver an end to end delightful experience to tenants and owners.

We are an early stage startup with a young and small team. We are solving a lot of innovative problems in the rentals space in order to redefine the rental experience in India.

Your responsibilities :

- Own the strategy and roadmap for a key product area.

- Define metrics and goals and ensure that they are met.

- Manage the complete lifecycle of the product right from strategy, research to deployment

- Partner with other stakeholders to drive key result areas

- Keep all stakeholders up to date with product plans, enhancements and analysis.

- Drive cross-functional team to set qualitative and quantitative goals

Requirements :

- You are a customer champion. You understand customer needs deeply and are able to apply that understanding to build delightful products.

- You have a good understanding of technology and its applications. A software development experience is highly preferred.

- You have strong business sense.

- Experience with leading a cross functional product. You should be able to align other teams and drive execution.

- Your acumen to guide our goals through roadmaps and define new product features and strategies.

- Knowledge in developing elegant and simple feature functionalities which delivers world-class user experience.

- Ability to interpret data, take data driven decisions.

- You have a strong sense of ownership, are result oriented and entrepreneurial.

- You are entrepreneurial and thrive while working in a chaotic, fast moving, ambiguous startup environment.

- You have at least 1 year past experience in product management.
