Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2C Sales Manager to drive sales strategies, manage a high-performing sales team, and ensure business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment and excellent leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure a strong sales pipeline for assigned products.


- Monitor and measure daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends of the team, taking corrective actions when necessary.


- Conduct daily team huddles to set goals, motivate team members, and track progress.


- Oversee the training and quality of the sales team, providing necessary training interventions and feedback in coordination with the product team.


- Ensure self and team performance align with key metrics such as conversion rates, average revenue per lead, and sales efficiency.


- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competition, sharing insights with the marketing team for strategic decision-making.


- Provide timely reports on crucial issues and suggest viable solutions to improve performance and processes.


- Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms, etc.) for lead tracking and sales performance enhancement.


Required Skills & Competencies:


- Strong sales acumen with experience in a high-performance, target-driven environment.


- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.


- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales data.


- Hands-on experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, or NoPaperForms.


- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve business objectives.


- High adaptability and problem-solving skills.


- Self-driven and proactive approach to sales and business development.


Qualifications:


- Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.


- 4-5 years of experience in B2C sales with a proven track record of achieving targets
