Consultant - Digital Marketing
- Carl Zeiss India is looking for young, innovative & dynamic digital marketing professionals for its Vision Care business; who can develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities :
- Design digital marketing strategy for targeted segments in line with the ZEISS brand architecture
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns
- Build and accentuate our social media presence
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to effectively use SEO/SEM for maximum visibility and recall of ZEISS brand ahead of other social media campaigns
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
- Create engaging written, graphic, and video content for various digital platforms
- Do customer research; evaluate market conditions and competitor data
Desired Profile :
- MBA degree in marketing or any specialized course in Digital marketing will be an added advantage
- Min. 3 to 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Self-driven, innovative thinker and risk taker with strong drive for execution and result
