KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyze departments business needs, gather requirements, and create business requirement documents.
- Support Content team to resolve their technical issues/challenges with the help of product and technology teams.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders Delivery, Product and Technology teams to get all the task executed as per the business timelines.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in the existing workflows/applications.
- Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ Years of experience in Digital Media and/or broadcast media.
- Experience/Knowledge of Content Management/MAM/DAM software is strongly desired.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of media domain practices and processes. OTT/Digital will be preferred
- Excellent understanding of various media formats and associated applications/systems.
- Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products would be preferred
