Lead - Business Analytics &d Intelligence - ZEE 5 ( Marketing Analytics) - Understand the business challenges faced by the Business and Marketing teams, derive actionable insights and concise recommendations - Improve our understanding of Customer behavior and engagement - Design and conduct rigorous experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of different marketing actions that will inform long term strategy - Support advertising measurement of various programs and help optimize to efficiency - Leverage customer data to increase the efficiency of our marketing spend working closely with the channel teams on campaign optimization - Update existing and create new metrics and reporting that help drive business decisions Plan and execute on the ongoing analysis of the content consumption trends, key business drivers, and performance indicators. - Work with Marketing teams and align the management of creative, media and activation agency partners to ensure scalable and integrated marketing campaigns The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, show strong ownership/commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in technology.
