- Partner with the content teams of Cafe & Studio to develop specific Brand solutions for marquee network shows/ Movies - seamlessly integrate brand identity or message into solutions

- Develop custom sponsorship across advertiser categories basis brand briefs like festival specific propositions

- Partner closely with Sales Team, clients and agencies to drive pitches & closure

- Help brands engage with millennials on our channels through innovative solutions to drive up brand awareness, likability & intent

- Multi-tasking on projects, ideator and communication skills.

- Brand solutions exposure / Sales strategy experience is an added asset

- Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets

- Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations

- Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network and have effective negotiations

- To be familiar with social media and marketing to partner effectively with these groups on campaign

- Avid consumer of the content in the genre and in tune with the target audience

- Familiar with post-production processes and execution
