Role : Associate Director Programming

Reporting to : Chief Business Officer

Location : Mumbai

We are on a mission to create India's most preferred OTT brand in international markets! To help us fulfil this mission we are looking for Sr. Program Manager to lead the product initiatives.

Program Manager will stay on top of new products, trends and markets and propose strategies for optimizing them. The role is viewed as a standard-bearer for high-quality, high-impact product performance and as someone who creatively and proactively finds win-win solutions that benefit the ZEE5 brand and global customers.

Job Responsibilities :

- Own consumers metrices and solve for CX, Product interventions, Funnel & conversion, Retention, Churn, Account Scoring & Modelling

- Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators for the business

- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate the voice of customer into actionable insights for product team to enhance the customer proposition.

- Conduct in-depth research and determine - gaps and opportunities for the product team.

- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories

- Research competitors and suggest appropriate product enhancement.

- Understand the business requirements and coordinate with product & technology team to push the inputs for quick execution as per the global business requirement to manage product features to improve customer experience.

- Own projects with considerable scope and complexity that impact customer experience.

- Introduce, run and report on a steady A/B testing cycle for content featuring strategy optimization across storefronts.

Education and experience :

- 4 to 8 years' experience in program management, marketing in Ecommerce / consumer internet / large start-up, telecom or FMCG,

- Deep understanding of analytics, data management, and project management.

- Understating of product management and integration in the digital space.

- Appreciation for customer experience (CX) and consumer behaviour at product management.

- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving mindset.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem- solving, have proven data analysis skills, show strong ownership/commitment.
