- Build Intelligence for internal and external stakeholders through Research, Data Analysis & Strategic initiatives.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to build growth strategy recommendations.

- Use data analytics to extract actionable insights related to portfolio performance, consumer segments, content analysis trends. Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and identify gaps that need intervention.

- Build a deep understanding of the changing media and entertainment landscape, in sync influence internal methods to effective consumer acquisition and retention.

- Improve efficiencies in Marketing investments by re-evaluations on ROI and business impact.

- Create Go-to-market plans targeting stakeholders in the Content eco-system

- Identify project goals, needs and scope.

- Preparing project network charter and briefs based on data insights mined through primary or secondary research.

- Planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout a project.

- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to develop ground-up project network plans.

- Create clear and concise project plans to both execute and monitor the progress of the project.

- Setting project milestones and fostering effective communication with all project stakeholders on status and next steps.

- Maintain and present comprehensive report on final executed project plans

- Manage and nurture impact associations with internal and external partners and target to create value propositions.

- Meticulous tracking of active plans, identify scope of improvisation, take corrective actions to improve results.

- Analyze pre and post results and share learnings.

- Use agility, proactiveness and accountability while leading the execution stage.

- Ensuring top-quality results and success for a project

- Manage project budgets in an organized manner with proper details and accuracy.

- Ensure smooth finance processes are followed and accurate project expenses are reported in the system.
