- 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads Manager/ Meta Ads Manager as well as tracking & analytics tools like Appsflyer/ Adjust.
- Managed Digital Campaigns at scale like Video Ads Campaigns, App Campaigns (App install / App remarking) and Search led campaigns.
- Understands of the digital landscape: Ability to identify critical conversion points in online user journeys, prospects for growth on different digital platforms, knowledge of latest industry trends and new channels for delivering growth.
- Planning and Strategizing: Defining specific and measurable campaign objectives based on consumer insights, identifying relevant audience cohorts, establishing the appropriate ad-formats, and ensuring impactful creative messaging.
- Execution and Implementation: Utilizing campaign management tools to curate high quality campaigns that deliver growth in subscriptions and contribute towards revenue enhancement.
- Optimizing to Build Efficiency: Consistently analyzing campaign performance and implementing tactful interventions with a strong focus on budgeting and bidding.
- Experimenting and Learning: Establish a culture of identifying areas of opportunity and conducting experiments in controlled environments to learn and improve.
