Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a full-time on-site role META Ads Manager. S/he will manage and execute successful advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Other day-to-day tasks include developing advertising strategies, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Your contribution to the team:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platforms
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goals
- Develop and execute effective Ad campaign strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Provide regular reports and analyses to the founder on campaign performance
Our ideal candidate must have:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Core experience with companies of a Digital-first nature.
- Must have experience with D2C companies.
- Must have scaled budgets and campaigns efficiently over time.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads platforms
- Experience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions
- Familiarity with campaign budget management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a team of 5-6 people
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Facebook Ads certifications are a plus
Other details:
Office Location - Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.
Work Type - In-Office, Fulltime.
Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Compensation - Above industry standards and depending on your experience and expertise
