- ZAPR Media Labs is an early stage media-tech company operating at the intersection of mobile advertising, digital signal processing and data analytics. We- re seeking to better understand the media consumption preferences of billions of individuals and build a bridge between the offline and online worlds, providing real cross-device audience engagement capabilities to brands and agencies. We- ve developed a proprietary audio content recognition platform that analyses the television viewership of over 500 TV channels, radio and cinema and profiles millions of users on their media consumption.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a start up organization, innovation lies at our core and the various people related projects, whether around HR processes, Performance and Talent Management Rewards or other org life cycle processes, involve a high degree of design, detailing and executing frameworks from scratch.

The Asst. Manager / Manager Generalist will be required to consistently own all the people processes, including HR operations, learning systems, compensation and

benefits administration, and projects related to capability development. This is an IC role.

Key Deliverables would include -

Talent Management

- Conduct and anchor Talent Review process, update and maintain all talent and performance records. Design and execute summary reports for leadership

- Evaluate learning / development gaps with managers and propose interventions.

- Support HR Head in building and measuring the effectiveness of all learning and development interventions Compensation & Benefits

- Link compensation to talent review and appraisals, prepare / execute increments

- Responsible for monthly payroll inputs to Finance

- Responsible for benefits administration, including GMC, Onboarding, and other HR Operations

- Responsible for all HR records management including - employee database management, leave records, employee history, and other relevant records.

- Responsible for HR reporting systems

- Spoc for handling annual HR audit (external) and quarterly internal HR data audit

- Maintain knowledge and external benchmarking of best practices in HR, introduce engagement initiatives along with HRBPs

Another important aspect of the role is to design and execute a variety of projects that will be key to gauge the pulse of the organization and support our team - pulse surveys, employee satisfaction surveys, trainings / workshops etc.
