Job Title: Investment Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Investment/Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in investments, fintech, finance, and business development. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in conducting research, analyzing investment opportunities, and supporting the overall investment process.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on various investment opportunities, market trends, and industry sectors.

- Analyze financial statements, company profiles, and market data to evaluate potential investments.

- Assist in developing investment strategies and recommendations based on thorough analysis.

- Collaborate with the team to identify new business development opportunities and potential partnerships.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and emerging trends in the fintech and finance sectors.

- Support the due diligence process for potential investments, including conducting background checks, financial modeling, and risk assessments.

- Prepare investment reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of existing investments and portfolio companies.

- Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions related to investment opportunities and strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or a related field (B.Tech/MBA/CA preferred).

- Previous work experience in investments, fintech, finance, or business development is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and interpret financial and market data.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.

- Familiarity with relevant industry tools, software, and databases is a plus.
