Investment Banking Analyst / Associate

We are looking to add a member to our team meeting the following criteria.

- 1-3 years prior work experience

- Ideally as an investment banker, or as an investment team member at a VC / PE fund

- Exposure to & appreciation for Enterprise Tech / SaaS, New Economy / Digital-first businesses

- Preferably an MBA from a tier-1 institute

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities :

- Research industry and market dynamics

- Conduct modeling and financial analyses

- Undertake valuation analysis, including DCF

- Prepare pitch decks
